I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have a lot of upper back, bum and leg pain. Specially when I lay down or bent over to pick something up. Is this normal?

I had weird awful pains early on! Really really intense pain in my back, groin and bum. Mostly on my right side and so much so that I was worried something was wrong and even wondered if I had an ectopic pregnancy because of it being one sided (I didn’t). It was so intense I couldn’t get comfortable. I had been pregnant before and had lower back pain that radiated down my thighs that time. Both times I think it resolved quickly around 7 weeks ish. When I googled it I think it said it was the muscle relaxing hormones or something? Anyway all was ok x
