6dp5dt - positive?

Hi,

I took my trigger shot (250UG) on 26th February (13 days ago) and my transfer was Wednesday 5th March which was a 5 day transfer.

I have been having cramps since the day after transfer, nausea and yesterday and today I have had mild spotting.

I couldn’t cope waiting any longer so I have done a test and I have seen a faint line.

Do you think this is from the trigger or could this be a positive?

Difficult to do but best wait till OTD before testing again Try to keep yourself busy - reading - walking- catching up with friends Drink plenty of fluids and have a healthy diet Take any meds you were given as directed

Good luck for OTD

Hello lovely,

I wouldn't think it would be the trigger shot still - but how quickly did this come up?

These tests are notorious for evaporation lines - can you try again with a pink dye test?

I have tried a pink test and there’s a very faint line! I will try again in the morning as this was taken at night rather than first thing in the morning! X

I tested at 6dp5dt and it was positive. I tried not to test everyday but it was very hard not to! Looks a positive to me, Goodluck with your journey!!

my trigger was 10,000 of zivafert and it is estimated that the body will take 10-14 days to clear it. I was testing out my trigger and it only faded out completely 10/11 days after the trigger. I got a faint positive 2 days after this which was 6/7dpt so I knew it wasn’t the trigger. I think this is why peoples OTDs are so variable as it depends on the trigger and the dose to make sure you’re not getting trigger positive x

Good morning, thank you all for your comments! I tested again this morning to compare and it is darker this morning (I think!). I am going to now wait until Friday to test again as that will be my OTD. I just wanted to see if it was getting darker or lighter this morning! Fingers crossed xx
