This little twiglet finally grew into a family tree π³
A massive thank you to everyone on here for helping keep me going and all the amazing advice to help us complete our family!
For those still trying (whether itβs your 1st 2nd or 3rd) hereβs a brief history of how we got here in case it helps anyone this morning or in the future:
-5 egg collections from age 40-42 (getting between 6-9 eggs and 1 or 2 embryos each time) donor sperm (ICSI) plus we used up a couple of frozen embryos from first sons cycle
-about 11 transfers (mixture of fresh and frozen and double and singles) that resulted in some BFNs, some chemicals/early miscarriages and a heartbreaking missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in 2023.
-Clinic added clexane and Lubion and I upped coq10 to 600mg with some probiotics. And just kept going & going and going until one finally stuck!
Although my IVf journey is (finally) done after being on this βrollercoasterβ since 2017 I will pop on the page sometimes in case I can offer any insights to anyone else, as everyone has been so kind and amazing here, but just wanted to say to you all
πβ¨YOU ARE ALL AMAZING β¨π
Thank you βΊοΈ

What a journey youβve been on!
Plus you have always been super helpful to others even despite difficult times for yourself so thank you and enjoy every second of the newborn bubble!! Xxx
Have fun getting to know one another and do keep up your support. I think it's sometimes when we're done with something that we start to feel how much effort it has taken -bit like looking down on the way you've climbed when you're at the top of the mountain.
Just to say, don't feel guilty if things feel tricky.
You've still done amazingly and your boys are still so wanted, your body and brain are just taking stock of all they did to get you there.
Thanks for all you have posted here..we are all delighted for you.xx
Thank you and absolutely you are right! Iβm already like βwhat on earth did I just go through and finally achieveβ must be similar to what a marathon runner feels like at the end! Xx
Congratulations!!!!! I am still dipping back in and out of here. So glad you have been blessed with both your amazing miracles. xxxxx β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
