meriofert spilt! Last dosage - help

my last meriofert stim was this evening, it was an extra dose I picked up Friday, and it was different to my usual set up. Anyway, the needle pulled all the way back and the liquid spilt completely out. Not even a drop saved.

my egg collection was delayed a day to allow for another dose and extra growth day and now I’ve lost it! I can’t believe it.

my clinic is closed until Monday, I can’t get through to anyone at the hospital. I’ve called 111 but I doubt the call back service can help with this as it’s not a regular medication on a repeat script. I honestly can’t believe this! Trust it to be Saturday night.

has this happened to anyone else?

Ahh this must be very stressful for you, does your clinic not have an emergency mobile number to get hold of someone? I thought most did. Wishing you lots of luck, thing still might be okay x

Thanks for replying - I ended up going down to the gyne a&e (my clinic in the same building) and they managed to get in touch with someone who sorted out a dose. Pure luck someone was there as they’re usually closed on Sundays! 12 hours of follicle growing time lost, I hope collection still goes positively. X
