ivf in India
Hi. If anyone replies mentioning clinics by name, please do so by PM so no advertising is done. Thanks. Diane
hey
I had IVF in India, sadly it wasn’t successful. I decided to switch to Spain. Have you done all your research and support set up?
DM me if you have specific questions. Just bare in mind if someone asked me about going to India, I’d probably advise to switch their flight to Spain.
I wish you luck, do have things planned to occupy your time. It’s great weather out there now.
Heyy. As my husband originally from India some of his family had ivf and successful. So he did spoken to doctor about it and we ready to go ahead. We decided to go in September time cos weather will be cooler not too hot. As we thinking of going like April may or so the weather going to be way too hot and not easy for my treatment so my husband said September would be better to go.
I’m am so sorry your ivf unsuccessful 😞. Which hospital did you go and what age are you if you don’t mind me asking.
Good luck, I met women in the Indian clinic that had successful experience. I went to Punjab region. I think it is worth to find the best one, do homework and research - I did this myself but I found it wild. I had operation and they never cleaned blood of previous patient on the operation table at this point I was sedated. This clinic came highly recommended by family who had treatment at same place and they had a baby. I think it is really hard to find the right place in India. There is UK affiliated fertility events where some Indian clinics pitch so might be worth seeking it out. There is very good website if you google on fertility treatment abroad with some guidiance from HFEA on what to look out for, if you google abroad.
I’m happier with my experience in Spain so easy and quick to go out and get European standard. I hope you find the clinic in India that works well and hope its success it does happen! Xx
Hi. Just finished my egg retrieval process at Future fertility inc. in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Waiting for FET to be done. I thought the clinic was fine. But I wouldn’t specifically recommend it since I live in Bhunaneswar and it was just a question of convenience for me. You will find better clinics in bigger cities like Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. However, just wanted to put it out there that most IVF clinics in India do the short antagonist protocol for stimulation which works fine for people with high AMH with tendency for OHSS. Only those women will respond well to the protocol and produce sufficient eggs. But if you are someone older with low AMH, you might prefer the long protocol for optimal oocyte yield. I would recommend talking to the clinic in advance about the protocol options they have for stimulation. Also, my clinic here doesn’t do PGT-A/M unless you are of advanced age or have a history of recurrent miscarriages. They transfer untested blasts (2 at a time) which I wasn’t very happy about. Also something you wanna discuss beforehand. But IVF treatment here is a lot cheaper than anywhere in the US where I live, even with insurance!! Hope this helps
Thank you 😊. I’ll be doing in Baruch, candor ivf centre. Hopefully everything should goes well for me (inshallah).
I had my first ivf here (UK) free through NHS and 1st cycle fresh miscarriage as heartbeat stopped around week 5/6. Then did frozen 2nd cycle failed nothing work.
