After my last appointment in Oct 24 where I meet my BMI requirements my weight was 77.4 and then I had to call every month to find out if they have a slot available for Embroy transfer.
I have been working out like 5 days a week but the issue is that now my weight has increased by 2 kgs in a day and I have my hospital appointment on Tuesday where they will need to check my weight before I can get the IVF transfer.
I am proper stressed out and was wondering if there is anywhere I can get help to reduce my water weight.
I would like to mention I am currently doing fast until 12pm then have oats then my last meal is soup but my weight isn’t going down.

Hi, you will have to just go on a protein and zero carb diet. Absolutely no carbs and your water weight should come off. No oats or soups. Soups have hidden sugar. Go for eggs, fish, chicken or meat and green veggies only, no root veggies.
For the day or so before I transfer have a look at what boxers do to make sure they are in the lower weight category the day before. It’s not exactly healthy but it involves little to no water in the run up to the appointment! I had to do this once (actually my last time on the NHS as it was my successful transfer) bring a bottle of water to the appointment with you and gulp it down when you leave lol xx
I just did this for my nhs appointment on Friday, and I managed to get 2kg of water weight off in a few days. Do your research, read up on everything, and only do it if you can do it safely. There are 2 parts, water loading and water cutting, and the loading part is really the most important part.

You do have to have a full bladder for transfer though. But low carb diet can work. With homemade bolognese, spiraluse courgette. Avoid potatoes and bread but obviously after transfer I would just listen to what your body wants.
