Hi good evening all

Firstly sending everyone love and luck wherever you are on your journey!

I sadly never got off the tracks with my IVF journey. Bad timing, wonky cycles and 1 follicle on day 1 scans etc. I bought all the meds to get started but looks like it’s not going to happen for us. So we are now moving to ED and would love any Spanish clinic recommendations any tips and stories would be so gratefully received

I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant using DE and with a clinic in Spain. My experience was faultless and I’d recommend my clinic in a heartbeat. Took me 7 transfers and unexplained RIFso DE isn’t the magic solution I naively thought but it’s given me my miracle. Feel free to pm me x

Congratulations 🙏❤️ thank you so much for your reply. I know it’s not the magic bean but it is my only avenue at the moment and I’m moving into it positively but realistically as we all have to do on this journey. 💫💫💫

I have no known fertility issues. The reason I went straight to DE was my age, so I thought it would just work, so was a bit of an eye opener when it didn’t!!

Same here! The U.K. dr was very good at giving me the realistic hurdles we might face. Keeping everything crossed 🤞

Same with me. Multiple transfers with DE before success but would recommend my clinic as well so pm me if you want further details. I would say something to consider when using a clinic abroad would be how easy is it to get to at all times of the year from your local airport. I had a horrendous experience at my Spanish clinic where I did my first cycle. I'm now looking at Greece as it's cheaper and I don't want non anonymous anymore. Spanish clinic had terrible admin, lack of empathy, have me forms to sign in Spanish ahead of sedation which I refused. The list goes on ....

I went there as my friend did DE and it worked first time for her aged 44. Her experience of the clinic was fine but she had a different doctor and it was two years ago.

I know a woman doing DD in Spain, I can pass on her clinic details if you want. X

Hi.

I used a Spanish clinic for double donor ivf. 4th time lucky. I was 47. No known fertility issues other than assumed poor egg quality identified when IVF with OE failed and being single!

I used a UK clinic for all the scans and went over to Spain for the transfer. They were happy with that and also sent prescriptions that I had written up in the UK. Fees were clear. No hidden extras.

I can DM the name of the clinic I used if you like. I cannot fault them based on my experience.

I’m actually going back over with my son in November to introduce him and say thank you.
