How common is implantation bleeding?

I feel like I am basing the success or failure of this FET on whether I get implantation bleeding.. in two of my past chemicals which lasted the longest I spotted for a couple of days before a positive, but for this FET so far nothing..I am slowly losing hope as I have no other symptoms ☹️ but how common actually is implantation spotting/bleeding? For those that resulted in a BFP did you have it or not? Xx

I didn't get implantation bleeding during any of my transfers, 2 of which were negative and one bfp, so I definitely don't think it's a reliable indicator so try not to put too much pressure on one single symptom ☺️ good luck xx

Seems only 25% actually experience implantation bleeding so as 1st post says try not to focus too much on one single symptom Keep yourself busy - eat well and drink plenty of fluids Give yourself a treat every couple of days -pamper day - special chocolate - buy that book you fancy reading Might help time pass quicker Take any meds you were given as directed

I had 2 pregnancies and neither had implantation bleeding xx

I had implantation bleeding, but I think it's really hit and miss. I've read loads of stories from women on here that had really sore boobs and cramps, but the only symptom I had was some implantation bleeding (which is why I was convinced it hadn't worked). Symptoms seem to really vary from woman to woman. It's best not to look deeply into any one symptom.

hi, I’ve had 2 BFPs, with the first I had nothing, no spotting, but with the second I had a little bit of pink and red spotting on day 6 and 8p5dt. Xx

I had spotting but not until 6 weeks and then a bleed at 7 weeks and then spotting on and off till 12 weeks.

I don’t think it was implantation bleeding so I wouldn’t worry if you don’t get any spotting before your positive test 💫

no implantation with my current pregnancy- had bleeding with my son though so not sure it’s an indicator for me personally. I did have some bleeding later for a few weeks though but that has all stopped now thankfully xx

thank you all so much for the reassurance, I guess it really is impossible to tell until OTD. Not long to go now, I feel pretty crampy and sore boobs and feel like it’ll be such a mean progesterone trick if it’s negative! Xx

Every pregnancy is different. This is my experience:

Had my daughter 3 years ago from a fresh cycle and no implantation bleeding at all. Currently pregnant from a FET and currently 7 weeks pregnant and had 5 days of implantation bleeding (I was confident it hadn't worked as was more than light spotting). Previous chemical pregnancy and no implantation bleeding 🤷🏼‍♀️ Good luck, it's tww is torture!
