How long should I take flax seeds before another egg retreaval?

Some people just add it in daily to their routine. Other people do it in a seed cycling way which is you take one tablespoon of ground flax seed and one of pumpkin seed for the first two weeks of your cycle (or until you ovulate) and then for the next two weeks you alternate with sunflower and sesame seeds. The theory is that flax and pumpkin balance your estrogen and flush out any excess that you might have and sunflower and sesame help to promote progesterone. Then some people take the flax daily so it's really what feels right for you. I tend to switch between the two but while stimming I took the flaxseed and after retrieval switched to the other two because I had technically 'ovulated' after retrieval.
