Create Fertility Hertfordshire

Hi all, has anyone had any experience with Create Fertility in general? And Create Fertility Hertfordshire (which uses Create St Paul’s London for egg collection and transfer). If willing to share experience that would be fab - pls PM me direct as know not able to discuss specific clinics in main chat.

Hey, wishing you all the best at the start of your journey! I used creates satellite office in Oxford for a scan and Bham for a Hycosy. I can’t comment of the ivf journey but the staff seemed nice but making contact wasn’t the best as it’s a general phone line, plus I had to go back for treatment under anestetic as it couldn’t be performed by the nurse. I believe if you start ivf you get a specific POC which I’m sure would make it much better! I used access fertility refund programme, it’s worth a call and explore clinics in your area. At your age you could be eligible for 100% refund if you don’t get a baby. Also I think ABC are part of create and are cheaper (don’t quote me tho) all the best with your research it’s an exciting chapter x

Hi MiniCeeCee , my first round of IVF was with Create, Herefordshire and St Paul's. The staff at the Hertfordshire branch were all fantastic, from explaining every step of the process, asking if we had any questions, and very reassuring. The sonographers were great at telling us their findings are all our scans and showing us the follicles and womb, the NHS weren't particularly great at that, but that's another story.

On egg collection and transfer day the team at St Paul's were just as good. Great bedside manner, very reassuring and happy to answer any questions. Our cycle was classed as successful, with 7 eggs collected and 4 fertilised. Unfortunately the embryo transferred didn't implant and the other 3 didn't make it to day 5 so none could be frozen.

All in all I would definitely recommend Create. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions, happy to answer via PM.
