TWWW - 3rd FET

[VG2021]

After an extremely long wait for 2 years , I had my 3rd FET with 1 embryo this weeek.

I took leave for 2 weeks this time.

Looking for any tips on what should I do differently this time ?

I am having fresh home made food , walking a little , not doing any strenuous physical activity.

What else should I do ?

only whatever makes you happy 🤗 if it’s gonna stick it’s gonna stick 🤞🏽 so vitamin D and folic acid and the gentle exercise is all you need! fingers crossed for you! Xx

Just wanted to say just do the same as before - try to keep yourself busy doing things you like Maybe a day trip to your favourite place - pamper yourself Reread your favourite book -watch old films Eat well and drink plenty of fluids Take any meds you have been given as directed
