Vaginal probiotics

Does anyone have any recommendations for vaginal probiotics? I am currently taking the Optibacs intimate flora for women in the lead up to my FET, but wondered if anyone takes any other brands?Is it best to take one you actually put into the vaginal rather than take orally? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi, I was advised to take Bio Me Femme V oral probiotics and Canesflor pessaries. I believe these have been discontinued so I used Biocare pessaries instead.

Ah thank you so much! How often do you take the vaginal pessaries? Just wondering how many to buy! 🫣

I started them when I started my stims and I stopped them on the night of my trigger. I’ll be doing a frozen transfer so I need to query when I can take them again.

The canesflor is only a 10 supply but you spread some out so I imagine it would be the same but worth checking with your clinic. Good luck x

Hi! I was told by my clinic to take probiotics both orally and vaginally. I used Canesflor at the time but have on other occasions used Floragyn, which I got from ebay. Very best of luck with your transfer!

Hi! I was told to do a double round in the lead up, i.e. take them for 10 days straight.
