To add a bit of background I do not ovulate without having clomid and I have adenomyosis. It was taking a long time to get pregnant so was referred to care fertility for ivf under the nhs. Whilst on our last cycle of clomid before stopping this and moving on to try ivf medication under the clinic I found out I was pregnant, but Miscarried at 9 weeks. The clinic is now stating that I no longer meet criteria for nhs funded ivf as i had conceived ‘naturally’ ( despite being in clomid) and is now stating I would have to wait a further year to qualify for nhs funding according to my local Nottinghamshire ICB despite having all of the fertility drugs at my house. Has anyone had any experience of this/ has anyone challenged this before?
