Please can someone advise if they have done an extended immunology panel test for IVF.
I wanted to know what all tests are done as part of this and also when you should do this. Is it like atleast 3/4 months before transfer to correct any issues?
Thank you xx

I had these done a year or so ago. The natural killer cell / immune profile tests - just take as long as needed for the results to come back as any treatment needed is incorporated into your transfer cycle. Whilst not immune tests per se, ERA, Alice and Emma tests are sometimes recommended alongside (or they were with me anyway) which take a couple of months extra in the case of ERA testing as they need to do a mock cycle (Alice and Emma can take a couple of months too but only if you test positive). ERA not typically needed if you have fallen pregnant at some point before.
