what is two days abstinence?

sorry to be silly but confused. If dh needs two days abstinence and test is on Saturday when does he need to dtd? 🤨🤣

Around 48 hours before his appointment on Saturday 🙂. So if 10am Saturday aim for 10am Thursday

Eeek that’s kind of tricky as timing is mid day and he works in a small office

I think morning of Thursday before work or even Wednesday night would be perfectly fine x
