4DP5DT - symptom checking / anyone else in same boat

hello,

I am posting to see if anyone else is on the same journey / timeline as me. I had a FET on 19/02. I have a little boy (3 next month) from my NHS cycle in 2020 and we had 7 embryos frozen.

On Monday we put 2 back (against the recommendation from our clinic) and for some reason, I feel more nervous this time or I just can’t remember last time with my son 🤣

So far over the last few days I had some slight twinges here and there but nothing like period cramps. I remember have twinges with my first FET. I am only 4DP5DT and my test day is 29/02 (day 10). I tested on day 10 last time will likely stick to this.

My symptoms today are heavy feeling (not sore) boobs, watery discharge and these slight twinges. I had one bit of nausea a few days ago but not since. I keep comparing to my last FET. I should probably not do this. But last time I never felt pregnant or had any naseua/sickness until 8DP5DT.

Does the watery discharge and heavy boob feeling seem like a good sign.

I am just hoping for the best but also so worried at the same time.
