any help out there with tailored ivf for endo please

any help and advice please for ivf having stage 4 endo ? Has anyone had ivf tailored for them because of endo x

Hi there, yes I've had IVF tailored for endo by two different clinics. I also have stage 4 endo. They both tried different approaches to down regulate me to ensure the endo was suppressed/reduced before I started stimulation meds. The approach that has given me the best results was going on the pill for 2 months before starting the short antagonist cycle. But I also had a lap just before my last cycle so that could have helped too.
