I was just wanting to know if anyone can relate to my symptoms. I have had really tender breasts the last few days but the day after transfer it has completely gone. I also had been quite constipated and gassy after egg retrieval. It seemed to resolve itself but now I am the opposite. I have been to the toilet loads for bowel movements today (sorry for too much information but I would rather be honest). I am also cramping now which I believe is from the bowel movements and not implantation. I’m wondering if these are signs for my period as I normally have a short cycle than normal.
Could my period be possibly coming soon as my cramps feel like the start of my period. Can periods start so soon after egg transfer?
Would be really interested to hear other peoples experiences. Thank you in advance for replies.

Hi IVFnewbie, congratulations on your transfer. I hope you remembered to have your maccas fries :). Ah the TWW hell, it seems all symptoms, or no symptoms, or any in between can mean you are pregnant or it can be due to the progesterone. Some people spot and continue to spot even with a BFP and have a successful pregnancy. There is no certain way of telling except for that pregnancy test. Sometimes an implantation bleed can be an indicator (which is what I had on day 8 after a 3 day transfer). Don’t give up hope and do what you can to distract yourself to get you through. Hope you find your BFP this round xx
Oh yes I did have McDonald’s fries on the way home, is that a thing? We had such a long drive home so went there. Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes this 2ww is going to feel like it goes on forever. Thanks so much for replying xx
