Donor eggs

Hello,

Recently me and my husband went to a fertility clinic abroad to investigate the cause of recurrent failure implantation. I had 3 IVF fresh cycles and 1 frozen transfer.

Our genetic test results came back good but my AMH is very low (0.26- I am 41 years old). Doctor explanation for the failure was due my age , even though my last IVF was around 4 years ago.

We have been advised to use donor eggs .

Can anyone please recommend us abroad clinics? Or maybe an UK clinic?

We are trying to decide if we should do IVF again or adoption .
