In January we started going to a nutritionist to help us through our fertility journey and prepare for IVF. Among other things, she recommended full fat milk, Greek yoghurt and having more eggs and a lot more water. Which we did.
Fast forward a few months and I got pregnant. My main pregnancy symptoms were feeling super tired and having a big appetite. So I was just trying to rest as much as I could.
Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage just before we made it to 10 weeks. That was in early June.
right now, I have a belly, something I have never had before and it’s making me reallly struggle looking at myself. I feel the polar opposite of sexy and can’t wear most of my more tight fitting clothes. It’s making me feel super insecure.
As I am about to start a new IVF cycle again soon, I can’t even join a gym or anything like that as anything that is not gentle exercise is not recommended.
I just struggle to focus on exercising on top of everything else.
Any wise words?
