4 days post 'fertile window' & mild pains

Quick question, i track my 'fertile window' using an app that guesses it based on my cycle length and when i have my periods etc, but to be fair, when it says i am fertile, i do usually have symptoms, such as mild cramps and increased cervical fluid......anyway..... can i ovulate at any stage within these days or is it always the last day?

Also, i am now 4 days post this window, i am having some discharge (when i wipe) and very mild sharp pains in my lower abdomen. Is it too early to even think these could be implantation signs??

We tried soy isoflavones this cycle and really hoping they have boosted my body and will help us with a miracle pregnancy..

Once you ovulate it takes the egg a couple of days to travel along the fallopian tubes The increase in cervical discharge can be a hopeful sign so fingers crossed !

Thank you. It’s hard to know when I actually ovulated, but thinking it was between 15th & 18th.

Period not due until 2nd Sept, so I’m hopeful the discharge & mild pains are too early for PMS. xx
