my OTD was yesterday and I was over the moon to see a positive, however I’m not at all sure about it as I’ve had no symptoms and constant cramps, not bad ones just mild but everyday since the transfer, then today I’ve had some very light spotting (pinky brown) and it’s sent me into complete panic mode 🤦♀️
My clinic is abroad so they’re not much help. I had a blighted ovum in January and I’m dreading the same thing happening again because that time I also had no symptoms so I had a suspicion something was up.
Has anyone had these constant twinges and got away with it?
Thanks to all of you, don’t know where I’d be without you! ❤️

hello! Congratulations on your BFP! I had cramps towards the end of the TWW/early pregnancy as well as some spotting which must have just been implantation spotting. I was so sure my period was starting because of the cramps and the bleeding but all was well! Also I didn’t have any proper pregnancy symptoms until about 6 weeks when the nausea kicked in with a vengeance! Some women just don’t have any symptoms so try not to worry, the BFP on that test is the main thing to focus on 😊 xxx
thanks so much ZiggyandBC, that has made me feel a load better, I have been going down a Google rabbit hole and it’s nice to hear from a real person! Xx
Congratulations on the BFP! Hang in there. I had cramps for most of my first trimester - they went away as soon as I stopped the progesterone, so were probably related to it. Good luck!
Hi, for my successful round I just had period like cramps (which made me panic AF was coming was an anxious mess) until just after 6 weeks when the sickness kicked in. Pregnancy symptoms don't usually start until around 4 - 6 weeks and everyone experiences them differently so symptom spotting and comparing to Google is a waste of time and can just lead to unnecessary anxiety. As for the bleeding it could just be implantation, if its just brownish it could just be your body getting rid of old blood if it turns red or keeps coming make an appointment with the EPU for reassurance, lots of people have bleeding in early pregnancy and go on to live birth. Try and find something to to occupy your mind like reading a book, binge watching something, trying a new hobby, planning nice treats for yourself and your partner. Good luck x
hey, thanks so much for the advice , the spotting is light brown so I’m feeling a bit better about it, it’s just because of past experience and any sign on blood sends me a bit loopy! Xx
