hi Tamryn, at the early stages of pregnancy it’s normal for symptoms to fluctuate. Try not to worry too much, I’m sure they’ll be back with a vengeance in the next few days :)

it is hard, especially after infertility. Try and take each day as it comes and all the best for the rest of your pregnancy!

As previous post says symptoms in early pregnancy do tend to come and go -This can be a very stressful time -for support & advice there is a Pregnancy Support Forum that you may find helpful
