So sorry you received bad news It's awful when you get so close but have nothing to transfer. Sometimes there seems to be an aversion but as you say, if you have a daughter then obviously your eggs and sperm mustn't be completely incompatible! Did they use ICSI at all? Did they comment on the eggs? I'm guessing the clinic will want to make changes where they can, e.g changing protocols perhaps to see if you can get more eggs. But if it were me I'd be going in there asking them what they plan to change and why xxx
Yes they have said about the eggs, they were mature and couldn’t clearly see an issue with them.
They did do icsi which was the first time for us, I think they are as stumped as we are but they are taking our situation to their next MDT where I hope between them, they will come up with something which will help us next time! 🤞🏻xxx
Hey @luamber, similar situation to my husband & Is. Our ICSI round failed in Dec, 13 eggs, 9 mature, 6 fertilised and no blastocysts. On the NHS they have now done extensive blood tests on my husband, looking at dna/testosterone etc… 8-12 week wait. I’m also quite keen for us to see a Urologist too, but like so many looks like Dr Ramsey is the best and isn’t going to be working for sometime. X
