Ovulated early can't believe it any one advice please I never heard of this before xxx

Doctor has gave me ovetrelle 60ml shot today take another on sat and Monday ,are they hoping to catch my second egg that's not so big ,timed intercourse any advice why do they do this ? Can u ovualate twice in a month I don't understand my bloods came back and I was told I had ovulated earlier I only had sex once within that fertile period any one have similar experience I was told to have intercours every night now to Monday xxxxxx

The 60ml of ovetrelle that they gave me aswell one hour later was positive preg test can't believe it even worked that fast to show up on test IV only ever took 250 of ovetrelle xxxxxx
