So we’ve been patiently waiting for my period to arrive over here to transfer our last ever embryos (little guys 10 & 11!).
I felt really nauseous this morning and on a whim took a pregnancy test at the same time as my usual ovulation test. It instantly just lit up 😳😳Took another. Same. Ran to the chemist to take a 3rd. All I’m separate cups & urine because I literally cannot believe my eyes.
Our last 2 pregnancies ended in losses so I’m trying to get a grip but SERIOUSLY!! Clinic said to start taking my cyclogest and to self refer to the EPU for a scan. I have zero cycle so no idea how far along I should be. Am I right in thinking 4-5 weeks if my Clearblue says 2-3? Xx

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how amazing!!!!! I’m so delighted for you! Yes that’s right 4-5 weeks for 2-3 weeks on the clearblue! Keep us up to date with your little miracle xx 🤗💜✨
❤️❤️❤️ bless him! Yes, completely unexpected - I hadn’t had a period since our last IVF and have had completely negative ovulation tests ever since then?!
oh wow congratulation Christmas has come early for you! the best early Christmas present ever 🎁 having had 3 losses before falling pregnant with Eliza ( whose now 9 months old!) I was terrified the entire pregnancy. Rainbow babies do happen and I wish you the best with this little miracle 😍 Xx
This is so wonderful and brought a tear to my eye! It gives me so much hope and happiness - thank you for letting us all enjoy this with you ☺️ (PS super strong lines!)
oh Solly! This is so magical. Whispering “congrats” as I know it can feel stressful after loss, but feeling so happy and hopeful for you that this is your time xxx
Yippppeeeeeeee!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Christ, sorry I know you'll be shitting it but I got so carried away seeing your post. Flipping heck, what a shock for you....in a good way of course!! Yes the clear blue would suggest 4-5 but take it with a pinch of salt too....you could be further......that cheapy stick is REALLY dark so you levels have gotta be good!!🥰😍🤗❤️xxxx
Haha this made me laugh! Thank you Cinders, got a dye stealer on a cheapie this morning but trying to take it 1 day at a time (more like 1 hour at a time 😂) xxx
wow! Congratulations! I know how that can feel I was due to have a womb op and had waited 6 months then bang after 2 years of trying lol. Always seems like it’s not true. Definitely take the cyclogest. If you were waiting for your period does that mean you were due? Or is there no cycle because you’ve been repressing it? If it’s around the time your period is due it would then be 4 weeks. They won’t be able to see much at the EPU until 6 weeks definitely 7. You can go anyway and get it checked that there’s a yolk sac there and everything but if you’re looking for more then you would need to wait until 6 weeks.
Thank you! No, no cycle as in I don’t really get periods anymore unless they’re medicated. I didn’t want to start on a medicated one this time though so we were just hoping and if nothing happened in a few months would have taken the meds to induce one. They booked me in for a scan when they thiiiink I’ll be a bit over 6 weeks xx
Wow!! How amazing! I got goosebumps reading this! What a beautiful picture! I really do hope you have a healthy pregnancy!! And that this is meant to be 🥰 A little one to join your family! Wishing you all the best!!
