Letrozole Guidance

Hello friends, need some help about letrozole dosage while TTC. When to start and stop? Is it necessary to go for scan? Is there a way to monitor progress at home and time intercourse? I have PCOS.

I think Letrozole should only be used with guidance from your Fertility doctor so they would give instructions on when you should use it. I used it in conjunction with an IUI and took from day 3 to 7 of my cycle and had a scan to make sure I wasn't ovulating too many eggs as there is a risk of higher order multiples if this happens.

Thanks you so much for replying. I once visited a clinic in London. They said letrozole is not used in UK, we only give clomid! Now I know that they were wrong. Having spent £££s, I am searching now for a fair price clinic.

Thanks. Would really appreciate if you could share a few good fertility specialist in London. I know there are many if I do Google search but had a "not so good experience" previously searching online.
