Estradiol dose

Hi, I am 20dp5dt and tested positive. Currently awaiting scan. My doctor recommended to take 2mg estradiol three times a day. I read somewhere that the max dosage is 4mg per day. I was wondering if its too much dosage and if I should ask my doctor. Before asking, i would like to ask what the general dosage is for other people. I also do not have any lining issues. Thanks.

hmm 🤔 estradiol is a form of estrogen so we are taking estrogen in frozen transfers and the minimum dose is 6mg a day which usually is not enough. I took 10mg a day of estrogen until 12 weeks pregnant but I am really not sure if estradiol works differently than estrogen pills. If so than 6mg is totally fine.

My doctor recommended me to take 2mg x 2 in the morning and 3 x 2mg in the evening. Your dose is quite less
