I am currently 5dp5dt from a fresh cycle, and driving myself crazy already! 🤪
I have zero symptoms really and feeling a bit hopeless today and a feeling it hasn't worked. I guess after last CP I try not to get my hopes too high, and given its our last shot this feeling might be a self preservation. Who knows!
anyway, wondering if anyone else is in their 2ww?if so, how are you feeling?when is your OTD?

Also 5DP5DT in a fresh cycle and also driving myself crazy. I’m at the other end of the spectrum though with some worrying symptoms including light bleeding and cramping…I feel like it’s too much to be implantation but not heavy enough to be a period! Argh, it’s all so stressful….we worry when we have no symptoms and worry about the symptoms we do have. I’ve also had a CP and a MMC so the anxiety levels are pretty high.
OTD isn’t until Saturday 29th which will be 13DP5D (standard for our clinic), not sure I’ll manage to wait that long, but we shall see.
What about you? Any tips for 2WW distractions? Sending you lots of luck!! 😀
hey!!! So delighted to see someone else is at the same timing as me. Congrats being pupo! I have heard so many positive stories about light bleeding around this time which could be implantation bleeding or if you're on progesterone pessaries- so it could be promising for you! - I have nothing!!! I wish I had something, anything, but you're right we stress either way don't we? It's such a tough journey.

I meant to add.....I have zero tips for distractions during 2ww. I'm the worst person for this, and find this the worst part if the whole process. 😒 I have zero patience 😆
Thank you! It’s really nice to chat to someone in the same position…it’s a very stressful and isolating experience. Yes, on cyclogest 800mg per day (TMI but administered the back way rather than as a pessary to try and prevent bleeding!)+ 6mg of Estrodiol (due to having a Buserelin trigger). I have trawled the internet and found positive and negative stories about bleeding at this stage in equal measure. The blood although light in flow is quite red and associated with some mild cramps so I’m not feeling too hopeful. I’ll just have to wait and see 😥. I keep comparing to my CPs but the bleeding was never this early.
Through my excessive googling, I’ve also seen loads of posts about how a lack of symptoms at this stage isnt necessarily a bad thing as implantation will likely have only just happened so I really wouldn’t stress too much (haha I realise that is almost impossible!)

Hey GB844, I'm on my 4th day and experiencing the same cramping and some bleeding, I've also alot of bloating and trying not to Google is making me Google even more 🤦🏻♀️ fingers crossed 🤞
Hi Gemma, it just really goes to show that there is no one size fits all, and I suppose every transfer is different as well as each person. Its still hard not to symptom spot for every little detail each day and wonder.
I have my beta blood test next Friday, I will more than likely to a test myself on Thursday to prepare myself. I promised myself I would not test earlier this time after my last CP, when I got a BFP at 7dp5dt, but bloods on day 12 showed low HCG of 28, and then dropped further.
when are you going to test?
yes CP PTSD is real and the reason I won’t be testing until Friday at the earliest (best intentions!). Obsessing over line progression is maddening so best to wait for sure!
Hope we’re all worrying over nothing and get lovely BFPs next week! C
Hi Ruby, I’m 3dp5dt, test date is Sunday 30th. I’m finding it really emotionally tough so far. It’s our 4th ttw, all fresh transfers, had a MC earlier this year. Have been trying to rest which doesn’t help me mentally. Looking forward to getting distracted. Best of luck to us all xx
I agree trying to rest does no good for me either hun, I need to be kept busy as much as possible, without over doing it.
Then I worry incase I have done too much. Arrggghhhhh I can't win!

oh I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I totally get it. I cried for a full hour solid the day after my transfer, when I got the call that none of my remaining 6 embryos made it to freeze. So this is our last shot and I convinced myself there and then it out work. This is it! I'm trying to be a little more positive since, but my lack of symptoms is not helping! Hi ladies thank you for all your replies. It so good to hear others in the same boat, it can be so lonely sometimes when others not going through ivf don't understand.

Hi Ruby, I had my fresh transfer on Monday and my OTD is on Friday, have a bit of cramping but apart from it no signs. I was thinking about testing early but not sure if that’s a good idea anymore 😂

I'm not confident at all. 7dp5dt today and all I have are af symptoms. Really feel like I'm out but I dare not test early, I can't bare the BFN so I'll stay in my little pupo bubble for a few more days. Sending you loads of luck for your bfp
Good luck Ruby, my suggestion is don't search anything from Google or YouTube because some people say the symptoms from 1st day Onwards. I didn't any symptoms after embryo transfer and I cried all the times and completely broken 💔. I called to the clinic and cried. After I didn't check pregnancy test in home because I completely broken. HoweverI went to clinic and gave my bloodsample. ThenI told to the receptionistto ring my husband because I didn't have strength to accept the negative result. They rang to my husband and said I am pregnant but I can't believe. After4 weeks embryo transferred I have sick all the times and still continue. NowI am 13 weeks. My suggestion is, take rest and be relax. I hope fingers cross to you.

Im afraid my only discernable symptom at the moment is trapped wind 😜 and I’m not even sure I can blame the embryos for that!
Im not going to test at home, my OTD is 2nd November 🔭 so since I have forever to fret about this I’m deciding not to. No test, no symptom, no anything is going to change the outcome I receive on that day, so for me to sanest route (and I am prone to anxiety so I’m surprised by myself here) is zero testing and waiting for the lab to give me a steer.
Realistically, I know that until I have a baby in my arms I won’t feel truly secure that it’s actually going to happen, so I refuse to torture myself with trying to reassure myself along the way (I completely appreciate this is not everyone’s route but it would be too hard for me to have breadcrumbs of potential (mis)information incrementally).
Saying that, I feel like that makes me sound a bit downbeat, which I am not at all! I’m optimistic and hopeful but I know my brain and it needs an all or nothing approach to stay sane through this process.
Hoping the TWW passes quickly for us all - I’m personally rewatching Game of Thrones through episode by episode from season 1 so it’s taking up a fair chunk of time 😂 Also off to see Downton Abbey at the cinema this evening. Basically I like sitting down 😇
This is such good advice! If only I could follow it and stick to it! 😆 I need to pull up my positivity pants, you have given me reason to, as you say nothing we can do now will change the outcome, so why torture ourselves!

hey, I had my first FET on Tuesday and have no symptoms like you. Not sure if this is good or bad. I thought I was going to be strong enough not to test but I’m already thinking about it! It helps so much reading all these other stories x

Hi, my OTD is on Thursday but like you not holding out much hope. It’s taken me 15 months to get to my first transfer. Fingers crossed we both get the answer we have dreamed of
3dp5dt here too! Was a bit crampy the first day but not much since. Been here quite a few times so like some of the others have said I’m trying not to read into anything. Still trying to be quietly confident, ignorance is bliss and all that! Won’t be testing early for that reason! Test day is Saturday.
I’m re-watching Gilmore Girls to keep busy, and taken time off work to relax as much as possible and trying to drink as much water as possible. Nice to see there are so many of us going slightly insane 😂

Hiya - now 4dp5dt, last night oh dear. I had the itches 🤷🏾♀️ stomach was twitching, jumped in the shower sure hubby thinks I’m losing the plot. Looked like a right old looney then this morning brown discharge - dunno what’s going on.

Hi Ruby, i had my transfer yesterday - my OTD is 4th November. For now feel pretty calm (it took us so long to get to the transfer stage, that i think i am just relieved it happened), but give it a few days, and ill be driving myself crazy.

Hi Ruby, we’re in our 2WW and this is our first round of ICSI. They collected 11 eggs, of which 7 fertilised, and then 3 made it to day 5, although 1 wasn’t at the right stage so we had to wait another day to find out about that one. It turned out not to have developed any further by day 6. So we had a double transfer and weren’t able to freeze any sadly.
I have been feeling very poorly during this time and had loads of time off work with terrible bloating, tramped wind pains and cramping. Also sore boobs. No spotting at all tho. I’m feeling that all these symptoms are side effects of crinone, but we find out whether our 2 little nuggets have made it on Monday 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 X x

I am 7dp5dt and due to test Friday (I think the clinic is asking me to test a bit too early! ) I am so anxious. I am having constant hot flushes and have just started having cramps. I tend to get these symptoms 2 or 3 days before AF so I don’t know what to think. Trying not to think about it buts it’s so hard! I’ve got my fingers crossed for everyone.
