Oh the bloating!!!

Hi everyone, I’m currently in my 2WW (we have 4 days til OTD) and this bloating, wind pains and cramps are soooo bad.

How is everyone else doing? X x

I’m the same! Currently 3dp5dt (fresh cycle) and I am so bloated. My belly is so swollen I look several months pregnant, can’t wear my jeans and it’s so uncomfortable. Every time I sit down down I feel like things are getting all squashed inside. And my legs are so heavy.

This is my 2nd full cycle having gone back to back in the last 3 months with IVF cycle - chemical, FET- BFN, and now 2nd full IVF. I don’t remember feeling this way on the first go. I was hoping it’d improve in the next few days as the trigger shot effects wear off… is that a bit naive?!

I have no advice to offer (other than I really rate twinings Digest tea) but you have my sympathies!

oh it’s sooooo uncomfortable isn’t it. I’m supposed to wear uniform to work and can’t even do up the trousers, so they have had to let me come to work in joggers!! 🤷‍♀️. I actually look pregnant too. It’s awful, this morning I woke up sooooo hot, in so much pain and feeling very light headed. Bloody hormones!!

This is our very first go at the age of 40. We had 11 eggs collected. 7 fertilised and 2 made it to blast, which we had transferred last Wednesday. Sadly we didn’t get any little nuggets to freeze. But feeling as positive as we can about this one.

I’m so sorry to hear your first cycle didn’t work, but keeping everything crossed that this one will be a success for you!! X x
