Donor clinic in Spain - how did it all work?

Hi ladies,

I've been out taking a break after my first donor cycle (4th cycle overall) resulted in one chemical pregnancy and one miscarriage earlier this year. As I was out of embryos and looking at needing to start again, I wanted to take some time to remember who I am, feel healthy again (physically and mentally), and for me and my husband to take some time together and not totally be focused in IVF.

I was wondering if anyone has experience of working with a donor clinic in Spain plus immuno treatment here in the UK? I will have a protocol from Dr Shehata, and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed at understanding how I look to set and align everything up. So if anyone has any advice around how you engaged with the Spanish clinic and the process of aligning a donor cycle - even just the logistics of travel and understanding when things might happen is daunting.

I'd ideally like to be in a position to do a transfer around November, so any advice would be really appreciated.

xx

I’ve sent you a dm! My clinic in the UK was allied to the clinic in Spain so paid a fee to them for scans etc here.
