Hi everyone, thanks to those of you who have given me advice so far on this first cycle of ours, it’s been so helpful 🙏

I’m going in for FET later. One of the things they mention is coming in with a comfortably full bladder. Wondering how people gauge this - I understand a lot of pressure is applied which doesn’t sound great with a full bladder 😬

Also, any other words of wisdom would be most welcome 😊

All the best with your transfer I was told to have 250ml an hour before my transfer. I ended up being desperate for the loo and had a wee just before my transfer but they said my bladder was still full. (Phew!) Apparently the bladder can hold two wee’s when it is full. Good luck with your transfer x

I drank 1 glass of water an hour before and then had some more sips on the way there and was comfortable for the whole thing 🙂🥰
