When to stop progesterone ?

My any is 5 days smaller . I was supposed to stop my medication at 12 weeks, starting with 10 to reduce them . On my clinic medication sheet is start to reduce at 10 weeks 10 of July but after my last scan am just 9 weeks and 2 days . Should I start now or wait for another 5 days ? Did anyone measured behind, how you stop your treatment?
