And so the 2ww begins

Hi lovelies.

So although I scroll through your posts each and every day for the last year ( ish ) this is actually my very first post.

My partner and I would love a little addition to the family to complete us ( as im sure each and everyone of us do on here ) We both have children from previous relationships ( my little girl is 10 and actually an ivf baby so we are with a private clinic rather than NHS funded hence the quick turn around over the last year

We had embryo transfer number 3 this morning and begin again the longest 2ww possible 🙈 its been a rollercoaser of 12 months with 2 failed transfers already. 1 fresh ( 1 embryo ) 1 frozen ( 2 embryos) this is our last little frostie on board so keeping everything crossed for third time lucky.. praying this little one Sticks.

We have a 3BB embryo on board of a 5 day transfer, had EMA triple tests which showed we needed an extra 12 hour of Progesterone so really praying this is our time. The heartache and disappointment of failed transfers cuts deep, the yearning for a little miracle is gut wrenching and there's nothing at all that can ease the pain. It's soo difficult wanting the 1 thing In life that no matter how much or little money you have cash just can't buy it.

Lots to keep us busy this time around, currently finalising wedding plans for the end of May 🥰

Test day is 10th of May.. THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY 🙈🙈

Ooh congratulations on your upcoming big day 🥰 third time lucky for the wedding too for us, should have been July 2020 but covid hit so postponed till April 2021 and restrictions were still tight so changed again till May 2022. Hoping 3 is our lucky number xx
