Hi Priya, I believe that you are fine, fingers crossed!
Here is what I remember about beta doubling timelines for singletons: Below 1500/2000 range: doubling time should be 2-3 days (totally fine if lower)
Between 1500/2000-10000: doubling time should be around 3-4 days
Over 10000: I don't think doctors test for betas anymore unless they there is something on the ultrasound that causes concern.
Since you are nearing 5 weeks, are you going in for an ultrasound next week? Not sure about the protocol where you are, but here in the states, the protocol is to have patients come in around 6 weeks for a transvaginal ultrasound.
I had spotting and then bleeding with my first pregnancy and everything was fine. I agree that it is really scary to see red, but I think most of the times it's actually not a huge issue. Good luck!
I'm sorry, I know it's so scary to see. I had spotting and then bleeding (with clots) for weeks and was on bedrest for a while, and thankfully everything was fine in the end. Fingers crossed for you!
Yes but apparently spotting is common and cramps are often period like feeling right at the beginning. Probably too early for a scan at this point, but your HCG sounds normal I thought
