Try and take it one day at a time. Don't think ahead to the outcome, just one day at a time. And try not to test early - it never helps the mental health!Best of luck to you xx
Best of luck tomorrow 🤞🏼I had some Mac Donald’s chips post transfer last time; the doc even recommended it! Something to do with the salt to help implantation 🤷🏽♀️ Any excuse I say! xxx
Just wanted to wish you loads of luck 🍀🤞🏼
Good luck 🤞 I wouldn’t eat for sure chips, those are deep fried and can cause inflammation.me personally had acupuncture done and now I have 6 months old twins
All the best. My 2nd FET was success and I think I was almost too relaxed this time, totally detached from outcome even had sips of Red before .. the 1st round I was super excited, I ended up with fever , which as per dr my body releasing stress as I was quite worked up.. the pregnancy also was ecotopic .. so my take is what will work will work, plenty of things not in our control except taking care of our health and mind
I'm doing my transfer on the 20th. I would say to try to go on with life. Don't over think it.... I know it's hard and I have to remind myself as well 😜
