I need advice please. I had my first FET in June which failed. I have now been offered this EndomeTRIO test and I'm unsure.
Please share your good and bad experiences or any advice please.

Hi Summertime, I’ve had this done and the ERA showed my window of implantation was out by 24 hours. I do think this contributed to our BFP. But I’d had 3 failed transfers by the time I had it done, often the doctors like you to try at least a couple before further testing. It depends really on how you feel about it. I actually wish I’d had it done sooner but hindsight is a pain! Xx
Thank you! I feel like even though I've only had the one transfer so far my dr said it's worth doing this than potentially wasting an embryo.
I had a failed FET back in February and everything looked good on paper to work so we went straight in for these tests. They found I was pre receptive by 24 hours. I did a transfer the following month and added an extra 24 hours of progesterone and it worked! Currently due with a healthy baby in February. I couldn’t recommend it more and would advise doing rather than waiting. My clinic in America offer this now before you start any treatment to get it right. You could also ask to have the hysteroscopy at the same time to check for any scar tissue. I had this too and although they didn’t find anything it’s just ticking a box in one fell swoop! Good luck!
We are in the process of having the tests done, we only have one embryo so just one shot at IVF. The only thing I would say is it can be a very long journey and no one ever seems to warn you of that. I had my first biopsy in April, it picked up I needed extra progesterone and that I had an infection, had the treatment and repeated the biopsy for the infection and results showed nothing had changed. I’m just finishing my second course of treatment which was nearly 50 days long then will have the biopsy repeated next cycle. They did tell me I could not have got pregnant without the treatment so I don’t regret it but I’ve found the process very difficult as no one ever told me the treatment might not work first time.
Thank you for sharing your experience. To be honest I didnt even consider that the test could be repeated if something came up, it was one of my questions to ask if they would base the actions for the next cycle on the results from the initial test only. That's also another thing which I've had family members say "just go for the transfer" to save time and money. However, my concern is It could end up being more costly in the long run if I do that and the transfer fails. More than the money I dont want to waste an embryo.
I had quite a few failures before this test. It turned out I need an extra 24 hours on progesterone. Dont get me wrong it's expensive and you still need the right embryo afterwards (we had 1 failed transfer after it) but on the next transfer we got our twins.xx
