When does hcg stop doubling? My bloods have been

17dp5dt 3630

19dp5dt 5683

So they have doubled perfectly till my 19dp5dt I was expecting it over 7000….

Has anyone’s numbers stopped doubling this early?

Above 1200 is 72 hours. Above 6000 it’s 96 hours.

Usually slows down after 6000 as previous poster said. Also why lots of clinics don’t advocate blood hcg testing after 5 weeks or 16dp5dt as the numbers can’t really tell you anything x

Thank you that’s made be feel better! I got a shock this morning when my doctor phoned and it hadn’t doubled! I’m 5 weeks and 4 days. Xx

Hi Sancor!! I think this part has been the hardest waiting for the scan! At least in the 2WW you can test!! I have still been taking a few clear blue tests to make sure it still says 3+ but feel so hopeless just waiting! My scans on Friday, when’s yours? Do you have any symptoms? Xx

Last week when i did the digital it came back 2-3 as well. I Will try to take one this week too to see if I hit 3+. I had 2 scans already because I have been bleeding a lot unfortunately 😟 but so far Beanie looks ok. Yesterday was the first time we sac yolk sac and teeny tiny embryo, which means hcg should be higher than 10.800 if I remember correct. I fully understand the dreadful waiting you are going through. I wish you all best of luck for Friday 🤞🏼 regarding symptoms, it has been very sudden, tender breasts and slight nausea today. Otherwise not that much yet. How about you ?

Can I ask how this ended up going? I am in the exact same boat right now with very similar betas

Unfortunately not good, I went for my scan at 6 weeks + 5 and baby was measuring 6weeks so had to go back when I was 8 weeks but baby heart had stopped beating 6weeks 2 days. Lots of luck xx
