AMH at aged 35-36 years old

Hello Ladies.

What are your AMH level at aged 35-36? I will be 36 in January. My AMH is 3.9 pml/l. Is it low for my age?

And what are the chances for IVF with AMH 3.9 pll/l? How about naturally ?

Happily, there is no correlation between AMH and ability to conceive naturally. Best of luck! xxx

Hey, I'm 41 and mine was 5.4 in November last year. My consultant said that was low for my age. We opted to go straight into IVF given my age.

Hi, I’m 37 and mine is 3.4 which is low for my age. My FSH also reads high so we were told IVF was best option (ICIS) as while natural was not impossible (as they can’t say that) they said it was unlikely for us x

Mine was 3.4 at 39, I had 3 mmc before my Amh test and 2 chemicals after then conceived at 40 delivered at 41. I thought we were at the end of the road with a low amh & time running out we weren’t offered ivf so only natural or nothing luckily by some kind of miracle I had a strong egg left he’s 15w old now.

Hi Madeline. Unfortubately that reading is quite low. You will need to have your FSH level checked too, to see if your ovaries can be stimulated and how much medication you will need for a result. I do hope it is all manageable. I have had several ladies who have been sucessful with low readings. Diane

Hi there. If this makes you feel any better… I am 36 and mine is 0.6 p/mol! I was told the normalRange for our age is between 5-10.

But I’ve been told there is still a chance of pregnancy - even natural conception! So I’m not worrying anymore about the number. Don’t get hung up on that number hun - just do everything that you can in your power (health, supplements, clinic etc) x
