So we transferred 1 graded 5AA hatching blastocyst on Saturday. The embryologist said it was good it was spontaneously hatching at more than one point. My question is do hatching blastocysts implant quicker than a non hatching one? Any info would be good, or positive outcomes.
Thanks xx

First Good luck on your 2ww journey. I did not pay for assistance hatching on my first go and it was unsuccessful. I did however pay for assistance hatching on my secong go and it was successful. However, i did change a few things so dont know if its because of the hatching embryo
Ah we haven't done assisted hatching it was just hatching itself so wasn't 100% sure what success and implantation times were with those . The last two fets I had blastocyst transferred but they weren't hatching and both failed. Hoping this is a good sign then for us as I had a scratch last month too . Thanks for replying xxc
I had the same quality embryo and my baby boy miracle is currently sleeping in his next to me crib and is 6 months old nearly. Amazing quality embryo so try and relax.
The answer to your question is yes. Because it is already hatching it will implant quite quickly once it’s found it’s comfy spot. Try not to think to much you have massive odds in your favour with an amazing embryo on board. Best of luck xxxx 💗
Hi did you have any cramping / symptoms before your Bfp? I’m 3dp5dt with a fresh 5AA and had some mild cramping and sore boobs (which could also be progesterone) thanks 😊
Hi! I also had sore boobs the first 2 days but then it disappeared and returned a couple of days ago! I had twinges 2-3 days after transfer and the main symptom for me was lower back pain! Hope you get your BFP too soon! x
Definitely a positive thing. Don’t want to get your hopes up but I read that hatching blasts have a 67% chance of implanting 🤞🏼My 2nd cycle was hatching and I got a BFP but I had a MC at 8 weeks. Best of luck for your top quality embryo! xxx
