Hi ladies hope you are all well. I got my BFP from day 7 of 5dt. Has been getting darker and stronger since. However I have left sided pain intermittently and feeling uncomfortable passing urine, have sent my urine off to the lab my GP did not notice any clear signs of an infection. Went to google again and thinking it is an ectopic? What are the symptoms of ectopic? I am currently 4 weeks and 3 days.

Hi lovely. I had an ectopic but had no symptoms. I think generally it’s lower side pain, spotting, dizziness, shoulder tip pain. I would ring your local early pregnancy assessment unit. They should be able to scan you at 5 weeks ish. You won’t be able to see embryo at this point but they can find the sac and rule out ectopic. Good luck xx
At 4+3 with both my ectopics I had no symptoms. hcg more than doubling but mine were pretty rare in that both had heartbeats - mine ruptured at 6+1 x

I had an ectopic and had brown/black discharge from day 12 after IUI. I had no discomfort but you can call the early pregnancy unit of your local hospital and request a scan if you have ectopic symptoms.
Hello. I’m afraid I don’t know much about the symptoms of ectopic but I’ve also had one sided pain intermittently and discomfort passing urine. It wasn’t pain as such but discomfort and I felt like I could never ‘get it all out’ (sorry if that’s TMI). Had urine tested and was fine and have had a couple of early scans with all being fine so far (9.5weeks). Thought that might provide a bit of reassurance but defo agree with others to see your local early pregnancy unit. Mine would only see me with referral (via GP or NHS 111). All the best x
