I have been trying for a baby my period came yesterday I have done nothing but cry just feel so emotional and sad 😭 any advice would be great.

If you’ve been trying for longer than a year book an appointment with the doctor, I know every month you get a negative or your period arrives it’s heartbreaking but remember it’s a marathon not a sprint, you’ll get there. If you haven’t already download an app like flo, clue or glow to track your cycles to give you an idea of when you’re ovulating, or buy some ovulation strips, you can get them bulk for pretty cheap on eBay, you’ve got this though, best of luck x

Thank you for your kinds words and advice its helpful I know it take longer and we have only been trying 7 months buts its so heartbreaking every month x
