Today was the day I had my embryo transfer 2 embryos was put inside me today so happy that the 2 made it this far testing date 27th wish me luck 💓💓💓💓

Apparently it’s the salt!! I ate them for our first transfer and I have a 2 year old keeping me busy so I tried to do everything the same on transfer day!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx

Thank you 😊 of course I can im pretty sure its an old wives tale but everyone seems to have the chips after transfer I just got a meal and to chips with water the salt in them is supposed to help with the embryos 💖🙏

No I wasn't prescribed to have bed rest I think I'm just worried as this is my first ivf cycle I don't no what is the best thing todo but I'm currently sitting up now 😂
