Supplements during stims

Hi 👋 about to start out first cycle this coming week! can I ask what supplements you lovely people continued with/ stopped once you started stims? 🧡

I kept going with everything during most of the stims as it’s the most important time. However, stopped everything 2d before EC as many supps can cause increased bleeding esp omegas and vit E. I did actually bleed quite a bit during EC so stopping those two 3 days before this time. Xx

I took proceive max for 4 months before and then during ivf. Im yet to have my transfer but in general i feel i have less painful periods.

Also to add. Im planning to finish my current box off and then take just vit d and folic acid for my transfer
