I had letrozole this cycle. On CD 11 I tested with OPKs and got a positive, I repeated the test the days after and it was still positive. DH and I did the BD however on CD17 I started having pain, as though I was ovulating.

Is it possible to ovulate 5 days after OPK positive.

Early pregnancy comes with cramps. Might just be it

I would do a blood HCG test
