Spotting for 2 weeks

Hi all, I am 7 weeks today but am feeling concerned again.

I’ve been spotting for the last 2 weeks since week 5. I was checked by EPU a week ago and all looked fine, they saw a heartbeat 💓 and couldn’t find any cause of the bleeding.

But I expected it to settle down by now. Has anyone else had prolonged periods of spotting during their early weeks?

I am in with my clinic on Tuesday for my viability scan but just wondering if spotting can continue for that long and be ok?

The spotting has mainly been brown and dark red.

Hiya im 7 weeks and 5 days today ive been brown staining for over 2 weeks yeaurday i had a big gush off red blood and a blood clot. I had a early scan at 6 weeks and seen a heartbeat. Ive a private scan booked for tomorrow so im praying everything ok. Im back to brown staining today. They couldn't find where my bleeding coming from either. Its so scary. Did you have FET xx

Oh how stressful for you. Yes mine was a FET. Was yours? My spotting has been minimal some days, sometimes not much and then a couple of days later I get a larger amount which then is a panic as I relax a little when it’s not there.

Good idea on the private scan - hopefully they can reassure you. What I would say is that if it hasn’t got heavier you definitely haven’t miscarried, I saw your pic just .. but like me it’s probably the fear of what’s to come and if that’s it/will it get heavier. If it helps, I had a wipe of bright red blood before my scan and clearly that was no problem at that point. At your scan did they say if your cervix was closed? Good luck for tomorrow xx

Yes mine was a natural FET im on pessaries 2 times a day an a tablet 3 times a day. Mine is the same i get a few wee spots then there days its away then i had that bleed scared the life outa me ive been very sick this time round cant keep any food down and have no appetite. They just said everything normal and baby in right place hopefully tomorrow they can tell me abit more. This was my last embryo tba don't think i would put myself threw all this again. 😢. Yes hopefully you can get the reassurance you need tomorrow. I think the sickness is a good sign for you. I don’t have any apart from slight queeziness at times (but my mom and sisters were never ill so I’m not too worried about that). Just this spotting is driving me bonkers xx

I was really ill with my wee boy but with my wee girl i had none but this time round is awfull. Ano thats what driving me up the wall hope it stop soons for us and everything goes ok xxx
