Husband with very low sperm count

I am 44 my Amh (40) is very good but have been told my husband sperm count is so low (3/36) so we need to do ivf...I am very nervous because I have my age working against me and now this bombshell about my husband

Could someone please recommend a good clinic who are good with these issues we have.

Hi there, my OH also had very low counts. We did manage to change this and improve his numbers etc. greatly - it is absolutely possible! I would recommend seeing a fertility urologist separately to your IVF clinic as they often focus solely on the woman - I wish we had done this much earlier in our IVF journey.
