Prothrombin mutation and Factor V Leiden IVF

Hello

Following tests for recurrent miscarriage I have found that I have Factor V Leiden and Prothrombin mutation, both blood clotting disorders.

I am worried this may mean that IVF treatment and pregnancy may be very risky.

Does anyone have experience of having these two mutations and any positive outcomes?

Many thanks

I have Factor V Leiden diagnosed after recurrent miscarriage. I’m currently pregnant and taking heparin and aspirin. Just keeping my fingers crossed the treatment makes a difference. xxx

I have been diagnosed with Factor V Leiden mutation when I was younger. My fertility specialist will put me on clexane after transfer.
