Should I be worried? I've had one previous pregnancy and didn't have any spotting so it's kind of freaking me out especially as this it timing right when I'd be getting my period!

I had implantation spotting with this pregnancy- I was convinced it was my period coming. Yours could be implantation- unless you are doubled over and very heavy full flow bleeding I think you will be fine. You could always ask clinic to run blood tests to reassure you. Congratulations Xx

I had spotting from 7-10dpt. I was convinced it was all over. I am currently 35 weeks with twins.

Ok that sounds encouraging 2x 400mg is the advised dose for cyclogest if clinic are prescribing you lower I would ask for a new script ( think in the leaflet it says for IVF support 400mg x 2 pesseries daily wishing you a good outcome you got this xx

Thanks for asking, I'm still bleeding but have a super strong positive test today - my clinic is telling me it could be normal but we can't really know until it either is worse or I get to my viability scan. So just 🤞🤞 but pleased I'm still getting such a strong positive.
