Egg retrieval tomorrow

Dear all,

I'm due for egg retrieval tomorrow morning 11.30am. This is my first ivf cycle and I went through hell the past 16 days. Was on the highest dose of Pergoveris and Gonal F. Went through unimaginable pain the last 2 weeks as some of u would have known.

Was on 10 panadol and tramadol daily to curb the endometriosis pain that was triggered with all the injections. The last scan showed I have 11 follicles on my left and 8 on my right. Pls keep me in your prayers. Hope I manage to get a few frosties. I don't have the strength to go through another cycle of stim if this fails. Wish me luck. Keeping fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Hi boboveena28 , im sorry you went through hell with you stims, sounds awful. I'm having my egg retrieval tomorrow too, at 9am. Ill cross my fingers for you, good luck xx

Hi I hope all goes well for you wishing good number of follicles. I also have mine tomorrow & have endometriosis it has definitely been tricky , sorry that you’ve been in so much pain with the stims , I’ve had my endo cyst grow each time I went for scans this week so going to be tricky.

Good luck to you too dear. I believe that all the hormone jabs make our endo worse. I have a new fibroid growth ever since after starting the jabs. Hope everything that we are going through will be worth it. Hugs
